The agency is based in East Yorkshire and was founded by Michelle Blackford whom once was in her member's shoes pursuing a career in London as a dancer, coach to young artists such as Pixie Lott, a choreographer and promotional model.
Every model and dancer in the agency is carefully chosen for their talent, professional approach and experience.

The Pink Elephant Academy
The agency not only creates for the big stage, we run professional
workshops and dance classes where you can learn from industry specialists and we also
supply dance artists to schools and community projects. Workshops
available for all ages and abilities in Ultimate Street Dance, Contemporary, LA Jazz,
Musical theatre, Ballet, Bollywood, Commercial and Choreography.
Agency and Academy founder Michelle Blackford (BA Hons/PGCE Dance) began her career as a back up dancer, choreographer and dance coach within an Aritist Management company to up and coming vocal artists. After spending years working in London she returned to her roots and has worked as a freelance teacher in the East Riding for the past seven years. Her performance and extensive teaching experience makes her an inspiration to young aspiring dancers.
All of our academy teachers are public liability insured and crb checked and carefully hand picked for their passion for teaching and expertise.
